3D CAD File
STEP or STP is preferred for most CNC machining projects. Other supported CAD formats can also be reviewed.
2D Drawing
Include a drawing when the part has critical tolerances, GD&T, threads, surface-finish requirements, or inspection notes.
Material
Specify the alloy, grade, and temper when these are important to the application.
Quantity

Can I request a quote without a 3D CAD file?
For some simple parts, a complete dimensioned 2D drawing may be enough for an initial review. A 3D CAD model is recommended for parts with complex machined geometry.
Can you quote several quantities at the same time?
Yes. Include the quantities you are considering so setup, batch size, and production strategy can be evaluated together.
Do you sign NDAs before reviewing files?
Yes. An NDA can be arranged when required before confidential project information is reviewed.
