These enclosures are made from high-grade black ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), known for its superior strength, impact resistance, and thermal stability. The injection molding process ensures precise dimensions and consistent wall thickness, which helps achieve excellent structural integrity and long-lasting durability.
Post-processing enhancements:
To further enhance the look and feel of the case, we applied a matte feel oil during the post-processing stage. This treatment not only enhances the matteness (matte finish) of the product, but also provides a pleasant tactile experience, making it feel more premium and luxurious in the hand.
Product Effect:
The result is a case with a smooth, matte exterior that is both beautiful to look at and functionally superior.
