The first part is the main shaft, made from an aluminum rod. This material keeps the staff light and easy to swing around. The surface is polished and treated with black anodizing, giving it a smooth and attractive finish. We also etched some intricate characters onto the shaft for extra detail.
The second part consists of the decorative ends at both sides, which are made using metal 3D printing. Instead of polishing them to a high gloss, we chose to leave them with a more textured finish.
