Powder Coating Services for Sheet Metal and Metal Parts

Powder coating is a good choice when metal parts need strong color coverage and a more durable surface than bare metal. It is especially suitable for larger visible surfaces, formed sheet metal structures and industrial equipment components.

Powder Coating Color, Texture and Gloss Options

Color and surface appearance should be confirmed before quotation. For most production projects, a RAL color code is preferred. A sample or finish reference can also help when texture or gloss is important.

Powder Coated Parts We Support

Powder coating can be used for steel, aluminum, sheet metal and die cast parts. The base material and surface condition should be reviewed before coating.

Steel Parts

Cleaning or blasting may be needed before coating.

Aluminum Parts

Pretreatment may help improve adhesion and durability.

Die Cast Parts

Surface porosity and outgassing risk should be reviewed.

For visible housings and panels

Confirm color, texture, gloss and packaging before production. This helps reduce scratches, color misunderstanding and assembly issues after coating.

Powder Coating Thickness, Masking and Assembly Fit

Powder coating adds a coating layer to the part surface. This improves coverage and durability, but it may affect assembly if functional areas are not protected.

If a screw hole, insert, contact surface or assembly face must stay clean, mark it as a no-coat or masked area before quotation.

Powder Coating FAQs

Yes. Powder coating can be used for aluminum parts, but surface preparation and pretreatment should be reviewed before production.

If the threads must remain clean, they should usually be masked before coating. Please mark threaded holes clearly on the drawing.

A RAL color code is preferred. If you need a special texture, gloss or color match, please provide a sample or finish reference.
