At Baosheng, quality is built into every stage of the manufacturing process. We operate with advanced in-house inspection and testing equipment and implement a rigorous quality control system to ensure every part meets your technical and dimensional requirements.
Our quality assurance process begins with incoming material inspection, followed by first article verification and in-process checks during machining or fabrication. Before shipment, all parts undergo final inspection and functional testing, with detailed inspection reports and required certifications provided to guarantee consistency, reliability, and compliance.
Material & Design Verification
Pre-production drawing review verifies materials, geometry, and process feasibility; material certifications are available on request.
First Article Inspection (FAI)
A first article is inspected to confirm design and tolerance compliance, with reports provided for approval.
In-Process Quality Control
ISO 9001:2015–compliant in-process inspections ensure consistent part quality.
Final Inspection & Documentation
Final inspection and reports are completed before packaging and shipment.

Dimensional and Appearance Inspection Standards
Key dimensions marked on the drawings are measured using appropriate instruments, and the results are recorded against the current drawing version. Other dimensions are checked for compliance, with only non-conformances noted. If no key dimensions are indicated, dimensions with decimal points are treated as critical.
Appearance inspections cover color, screen printing, surface finish, inserts, and packaging, ensuring full compliance with the drawings. Defects are evaluated based on the drawing specifications, or, if unspecified, by internal quality standards.
